Community Foundations: Renville
The Renville Community Foundation (RCF) was recently established through a partnership with the Southwest Initiative Foundation (SWIF). Community leaders, along with the SWIF, are currently in the process of organizing a steering committee to oversee the fund and recruit a full board of directors. The Southwest Initiative Foundation has agreed to adopt the National Standards for U.S. Community Foundations. As a related fund of the SWIF, the Renville Area Community Foundation will uphold the National Standards as part of its commitment to philanthropy and transparency.
